You will join a forward-looking Architecture team, consisting of Domain, Solution, Integration and Enterprise Architects. You will provide Strategic Architecture Management:
- Proactively develop and evolve enterprise-wide architectural vision
- Create comprehensive architectural frameworks that support business objectives
- Design long-term technology roadmaps aligned with organizational goals
- Establish architectural governance principles and standards
- Manage technological complexity and interdependencies across the organization
The Architecture team leads efforts to design and implement enterprise-wide unified solutions, establish technology standards, and provide guidance on technology investments. As the Senior Enterprise Architect, responsible for a number of Business Capabilities relating to Aviation such as Operational Safety and Security. You will play a pivotal role in defining our technology roadmap to ensure that our IT initiatives deliver high quality Digital Products and Services for today and for the future.
To achieve this, you will:
- Collaborate with IATA and Industry business leaders and stakeholders to understand strategic goals and define technology requirements.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive architecture blueprints and roadmaps that guide technology decisions.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions.
- Lead architecture reviews and ensure adherence to architectural principles and best practices.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Partner with project managers, developers, and product owners to ensure the successful delivery of IT projects. This can include all aspects of designing modern IT Solutions in an Agile SCRUM team
Minimum 8-10 years of strategic IT experience and advanced knowledge in Enterprise architecture frameworks (preferably TOGAF).
Advanced Business Process and Data Modelling
Executive-level communication
Master’s or bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Technology or equivalent
