Locations: Geneva (Switzerland) – Milan (Italy)
Contract: Full-time – Permanent position (CDI)
Working hours: Monday to Friday, between 8:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. (shift schedule)

MissionAs an Onsite IT Support Technician
, you will provide Level 2 technical support for headquarters and regional offices, acting as the local relay after the Service Desk (Level
1).
You will handle incidents, service requests, and IMAC operations (Install, Move, Add, Change) on users’ workstations and peripherals.
Your goal is to ensure the availability and reliability of IT equipment and contribute to the knowledge base for Level 1 teams.
Key Responsibilities Incident Resolution & Request Management- Provide onsite support for unresolved incidents escalated from the Service Desk.
- Handle scheduled service requests such as workstation installations, software setup, and access configurations.
- Support local infrastructure operations (cabling, device connections, basic network assistance).
- Update tickets and documentation in the ITSM system.
- Prepare, deploy, and configure user devices (Windows / macOS) according to corporate standards.
- Set up user profiles and install required applications.
- Apply security patches and updates.
- Transfer user data and ensure proper backup.
- Update the IT asset management tool with hardware movements and status.
- Recover, reformat, and redeploy old equipment when necessary.
- Participate in hardware refresh campaigns.
- Maintain accurate inventory and asset documentation.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and internal knowledge sharing.
- ITSM: Ticketing tool (Service Now, GLPI, or equivalent)
- Operating Systems: Windows 11, macOS
- Collaboration Tools: Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, One Drive, SharePoint, etc.)
- Asset Management: IT Asset and Configuration Management tool
- Network: Enterprise LAN/Wi-Fi, RJ45 (basic level), user VLANs
Experience: 5-10 years in onsite IT support or field support within an international environment.
Skills- Strong expertise in Windows 11
, Microsoft 365
, and standard office applications. - Good understanding of macOS
. - Basic knowledge of network connectivity (LAN/Wi-Fi).
- Excellent communication, customer focus, pedagogy, and documentation accuracy.
Fluent French and professional English (B2+ required);
Italian is a plus.
