Techn-Functional Consultants on TAP, T24, TPH (Banking) Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Lead with over 20 years of experience delivering large-scale, end-to-end technology transformation initiatives within banking and financial services
, with strong expertise in Temenos Transact (T24), Triple A Plus (TAP), and Wealth Management platforms
. The role requires deep domain knowledge in core banking, securities, derivatives, payments, and regulatory compliance, along with proven leadership in managing complex global programs across Tier-1 banks.

The ideal candidate will manged cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders across business and technology, and ensure successful delivery of secure, scalable, and compliant banking solutions.

• Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of complex IT transformation projects in Core Banking and Wealth Management environments
• Drive project execution across Agile and Waterfall methodologies
  , ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, budget, and quality targets
• Oversee core banking upgrades, platform modernization, and system integration initiatives
  , including data migration and cloud transformation
• Align project delivery with enterprise IT strategy, architecture standards, and regulatory requirements
• Act as a primary liaison between business users, compliance, operations, vendors, and technology teams
• Manage senior stakeholder communications, risk mitigation, dependency management, and change control
• Oversee vendor relationships
  , contract management, and service-level agreements (SLAs)

• Securities (Order Entry, Execution, Settlement, Corporate Actions)
• Loans & Deposits (AA), Money Market, Fiduciary
• Lead implementation and integration of T24–TAP (TTI Wealth Suite) across front, middle, and back-office processes
• Manage interfaces with upstream and downstream satellite systems (e.g., FIM, Murex, Front Arena Prime, OMNI)

• Lead requirements gathering, GAP analysis, and solution design workshops with business stakeholders
• Drive client-specific configurations, customizations, and proof-of-concept development
• Provide functional consultancy and product advisory services for wealth and core banking products
• Support defect triage, root-cause analysis, and resolution across environments

• Oversee end-to-end functional, financial, and integration testing
• Review and approve test plans, test cases, regression scenarios, and traceability matrices
• Ensure quality assurance controls across SDLC using tools such as JIRA, Quality Center, Squash
• Perform backend testing and validation on Oracle and SQL Server databases
• Ensure solutions comply with banking regulations, data security standards, and audit requirements
• Support financial and regulatory reporting initiatives
• Participate in audit processes and release governance

• 20+ years of IT leadership experience in banking and financial services
• Proven experience delivering projects for Tier-1 global banks across Asia, North America, and Europe
• Strong exposure to Temenos Transact (T24) and Triple A Plus (TAP) platforms
• Hands-on experience in wealth management, securities, derivatives, payments, and treasury products
