Test Manager

Tech Firm is a Swiss consulting firm. We're a hundred and one free spirits, spread between Geneva, Zurich and Marseille, working together to revolutionize the information systems of our banking, industrial and government customers.

We are looking for a Test Manager to work in Geneva.

• Proven experience in test management, automation, and analysis.
• Proven experience in the financial/banking sector is a real plus (else CFA Foundation certificate required)
• Good knowledge of Agile environments (Scrum) and BDD methodologies.
• Development or scripting skills are a plus.
• Proficient with Jira, Confluence, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Jira X-Ray.
• Basic knowledge of Bamboo, Sonar Qube, Git, and Kibana is appreciated.
• Well-organized, structured, and strong critical thinking.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills; comfortable with both IT and business stakeholders.
• Anthropic Claude 101 and AWS Cloud Practitioner certificates required

• Define and manage test plans for projects and product releases.
• Organize and facilitate specification and feature modelling workshops.
• Draft and execute test plans, monitor test campaigns, and report on progress.
• Support testers, validate bugs, and coordinate their resolution.
• Track defects and ensure timely fixes.
• Promote and implement test automation where relevant.
• Ensure availability and maintenance of the test environment.
• Participate in security audits and penetration testing campaigns.
• Continuously improve testing processes and tools.
• Foster a quality-driven mindset and best practices within teams.
• English and French fluent.
