Senior IT Production Engineer – Scheduling / File Transfer / Monitoring (80-100%)

As part of the modernization of our IT platform (renewal of our platforms), we are looking for production engineers familiar with technologies around file transfer, scheduling and alerting, who will support us through this transformation and the current installed base.

• Implement business requests on our alerting, scheduling, and file transfer platforms.
• Qualify requests and document detailed specifications.
• Participate in and propose evolution of the platforms.
• Propose improvements and automation of existing processes.
• Provide Level 2/3 support for existing workflows.
• Collaborate with steering committee, production team, integration team, technical teams (databases, system, telecom, Citrix), development teams in Geneva, support teams (service desk and application support), and service management teams (incidents and problems).

• Higher education in computer science (Master's degree or equivalent).
• 2 to 10 years in a similar position.
• Significant experience in file transfer: implementation of industrial transfer protocols and certificate management.
• Experience with Go Anywhere is a plus.
• Scheduling experience with OpCon, Control-M, or equivalent is a plus.
• Monitoring/alerting experience with Service Now Event Management, Nagios, SCOM, and scripting (Power Shell, shell) is a plus.
• Responsible, rigorous, versatile, and flexible with strong interpersonal skills.
• Strong team spirit, proactive, and desire for continuous improvement.
• Fluency in French and English (spoken and written).
• Residence in Switzerland or willingness to relocate.
