• Support ISO’s shift from document sales to content-licensing models.
• Develop and implement licensing approaches ensuring policy alignment.
• Enhance capabilities across ISO members with tools and support.
• Develop, structure, and operationalize licensing approaches for ISO content, ensuring alignment with ISO’s Commercial and Copyright Policy while enabling consistent and scalable implementation across the ISO system.
• Contribute to the design of licensing models and practical solutions that support the distribution, access and use of ISO content across multiple channels and formats (including digital platforms, subscriptions and emerging technologies such as AI-enabled solutions).
• Enhance licensing capabilities across ISO members by providing guidance, tools and hands-on support to facilitate adoption and effective implementation of licensing practices adapted to different levels of market maturity and digital readiness.

• Expertise in content licensing, rights management, and digital publishing.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Ability to adapt strategies to market maturity and digital readiness.
• Knowledge of intellectual property protection and compliance.
