BGC Group cherche un(e) technicien(ne) informatique à Genève pour fournir un support technique aux utilisateurs dans un environnement financier. Vous serez responsable de diagnostiquer et résoudre des incidents, ainsi que d’assurer le bon fonctionnement des systèmes informatiques.
Le candidat idéal a 0 à 3 ans d'expérience en helpdesk, maîtrise de Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, et doit être à l'aise en français et en anglais professionnel. Vous devrez également collaborer avec des prestataires externes et participer à des projets IT globaux.
