Description

BCIC Swiss GmbH | Best Connect International Company is looking for a (Full-time, on-site) "IT Support Specialist" in Switzerland.

Responsibilities
  • Provide onsite and remote support for desktops, laptops, printers, and network-related issues.
  • Deliver help desk support and ensure timely resolution of user incidents and service requests.
  • Install, configure, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair computer hardware, software, and peripherals.
  • Document, maintain, upgrade, and replace hardware and software systems as required.
  • Support VIP users and ensure high-quality customer service.
  • Manage IT assets and maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Conduct user training and provide technical guidance when required.
  • Prepare and maintain reports related to system performance, incidents, maintenance, and service activities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Accept, manage, and complete all assigned service calls within agreed service levels.
  • Participate effectively in a global support environment and contribute to team objectives.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3+ years of hands‑on IT Support experience.
  • Fluent in French and English; additional language skills are an advantage.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Excellent coordination and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work independently.
  • Experience working in virtual and globally distributed teams.
  • Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Professional, proactive, and customer-focused attitude.
