DescriptionBCIC Swiss GmbH | Best Connect International Company is looking for a (Full-time, on-site) "IT Support Specialist" in Switzerland.
Responsibilities- Provide onsite and remote support for desktops, laptops, printers, and network-related issues.
- Deliver help desk support and ensure timely resolution of user incidents and service requests.
- Install, configure, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair computer hardware, software, and peripherals.
- Document, maintain, upgrade, and replace hardware and software systems as required.
- Support VIP users and ensure high-quality customer service.
- Manage IT assets and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Conduct user training and provide technical guidance when required.
- Prepare and maintain reports related to system performance, incidents, maintenance, and service activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Accept, manage, and complete all assigned service calls within agreed service levels.
- Participate effectively in a global support environment and contribute to team objectives.
- Minimum 3+ years of hands‑on IT Support experience.
- Fluent in French and English; additional language skills are an advantage.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Excellent coordination and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work independently.
- Experience working in virtual and globally distributed teams.
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Professional, proactive, and customer-focused attitude.
