Avaloq Consultant

We are looking for an experienced hands-on Avaloq Specialist to support a leading private bank in Geneva. The role focuses on CRM object modelling and/or regulatory reporting within the Avaloq platform
.

This is a highly technical, delivery-oriented position where you will work directly on system configuration, modelling, and implementation within Avaloq. You will play a key role in translating business and regulatory requirements into scalable technical solutions and actively contribute to the evolution of critical banking systems. This is not a purely conceptual role, strong hands‑on Avaloq experience is essential.

Location: Geneva (3 days on-site per week)

• Model and maintain CRM objects within the Avaloq platform and/or support regulatory reporting processes
• Translate complex banking requirements into technical Avaloq solutions
• Configure and implement solutions directly in Avaloq
• Support enhancements and continuous improvement of core banking functionalities
• Troubleshoot issues and support production environments
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and international/offshore teams
• Ensure high-quality documentation and structured handover of solutions

• Solid hands‑on experience with the Avaloq banking platform
• Regulatory / financial reporting within Avaloq
• Strong technical and implementation-oriented mindset (not purely functional)
• Good understanding of banking processes and data structures
• Basic programming or scripting knowledge is an advantage
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in international teams
• English fluent (mandatory), French is a strong advantage
