Location: Genf
L'Office cantonal des assurances sociales (OCAS) à Genève recherche un Administrateur/administratrice service desk pour gérer les incidents et les demandes informatiques avec efficacité. Vous intégrerez une équipe dynamique et serez en charge de l'assistance technique auprès des utilisateurs.
Le candidat idéal doit avoir au moins 3 à 5 ans d'expérience pertinente dans un rôle similaire, posséder des certifications ITIL et une solide connaissance des outils ITSM tels qu'Easy Vista ou Service Now. Nous offrons un bon environnement de travail et des conditions attrayantes.
