Senior Business Analyst – Identity & Access Management (IAM) & Master Data

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join a large-scale digital transformation program focused on Identity & Access Management (IAM) and enterprise master data governance. This role is ideal for someone experienced in complex environments where digital identity, data governance, and interoperability between systems are key priorities.

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements across IAM and master data domain
• Define and maintain user stories, acceptance criteria, and product backlog
• Model business processes (AS-IS / TO-BE) and identify optimization opportunitie
• Support the design and evolution of identity, access, and master data solution
• Facilitate workshops with business and technical stakeholder
• Coordinate testing activities, including test strategy, execution, and defect managemen
• Ensure alignment between business needs and technical implementatio
• Contribute to governance of reference data and identity framework

• 8+ years of experience in business analysis within IT project
• Strong background in IAM, SSO, identity management, or access control system
• Experience with master data management (MDM), reference data, or data governanc
• Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum environments (minimum 3 years
• Strong skills in writing user stories and defining acceptance criteri
• Experience with process modelling and stakeholder facilitatio
• Familiarity with testing activities and tools such as Jira and test management solution

• Identity federation concepts and digital identity ecosystem
• Master data architecture and entity relationship modellin
• Integration between identity systems and enterprise data repositorie
• Agile delivery practices and backlog managemen

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skill
• Ability to translate complex business needs into clear functional requirement
