Location: Genf
Mission
The mission consists in performing the role of IT business analyst for key credit applications and projects.
BA Responsibilities- Analyze business scenarios/cases and contribute to business requirements definition.
- Define Functional Design Specification.
- Manage vendor application (Speci Tec) relationship (software package Specicred).
- Install and test new version of Specicred.
- Execute database scripts and queries (SQL) to validate data integrity and ensure alignment with regulatory requirements.
- Liaise with the business to provide guidance from an IT point of view.
- Provide guidance for business analysts, developers, and testers assigned to the projects and ensure good project management practices are employed throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify key risks and issues and define mitigation scenarios.
- 5 to 10 years of experience.
- Education:
Master Degree in IT.
- Strong experience required: IT Business Analyst with strong technical and functional skills on Credit projects.
- Good understanding of the bank’s business processes.
- Good operational experience in the implementation of various IT Credit projects.
- French mandatory and English (C1).
- Swiss residency:
Mandatory.
