Senior Cloud Data Engineer

YOUR ROLE

As a Senior Cloud Data Engineer, you will be responsible for the hands‑on delivery of cloud‑based data solutions, driving migration initiatives and ensuring the successful implementation and industrialization of target architectures.

• Design, build, and optimise cloud‑native data pipelines, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability.
• Translate target architecture into implementable solutions, bridging architecture, data engineering, and cloud infrastructure.
• Lead the completion and stabilisation of pilot/MVP components, ensuring readiness for industrialisation and broader deployment.
• Contribute to and support cloud migration initiatives, including data platform transformation and workload onboarding.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code and CI/CD pipelines to standardise, automate, and accelerate delivery.
• Manage technical dependencies, resolve blockers, and coordinate engineering activities to ensure execution within tight timelines.

10+ years of experience in Cloud and Data Engineering, with strong hands‑on delivery experience in complex environments.

• Proven expertise in cloud platforms (AWS preferred), combined with strong knowledge of data engineering and database technologies.
• Solid experience in data pipeline implementation and optimisation within modern cloud data platforms.
• Good understanding of architecture principles, with the ability to translate designs into scalable, production‑ready solutions.
• Experience supporting cloud migration and data platform transformation initiatives.
• Strong consulting mindset with the ability to work in a hybrid role (advisory + hands‑on delivery) and interact with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent level of English, French is a plus.
