Delivery Consultant - Security, Risk and Compliance, Professional Services, Professional Services. The AWS Professional Services (Pro Serve) team seeks a Delivery Consultant to design, implement, and manage AWS solutions that meet technical requirements and business objectives. You will drive customer success through the cloud journey by providing technical expertise and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.

As a Delivery Consultant, you will have a deep understanding of AWS products and services and be proficient in architecting complex, scalable, and secure solutions tailored to customer needs. You will gather requirements, assess current infrastructure, and propose migration strategies to AWS. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers on industry trends, emerging technologies, and innovative solutions, while leading the implementation process, ensuring best practices, optimizing performance, and managing risks.

The AWS Professional Services organization is a global team of experts that helps customers realize their desired business outcomes when using the AWS Cloud. We work with customer teams and the AWS Partner Network (APN) to execute enterprise cloud computing initiatives and deliver focused guidance through our global specialty practices across a variety of solutions and industries.

• Designing and implementing complex, scalable, and secure AWS solutions tailored to customer needs
• Providing technical guidance and troubleshooting support throughout project delivery
• Engaging with AWS customers and internal stakeholders as trusted security advisors to executives and technical teams
• Promoting Amazon's culture of security and maintaining high security standards in interactions with customers, partners, peers, and internal stakeholders

This is a senior role in our security consulting team, with four out of five working days dedicated exclusively to customer projects. On a day-to-day basis you would lead complex projects, manage customer stakeholders, and ensure secure operations across large teams spread across different project work-streams.

• Experience in cloud-based solutions (AWS or equivalent), systems, network, and operating systems
• 5+ years of hands-on security experience in two or more of the following:
  Cloud Security, Application Security (security SDLC, threat modeling, code review), Identity & Access Management, Network Security, Data Protection, Incident Response. Hands-on experience implementing enterprise security solutions (Data Loss Prevention, WAF, SIEM, etc.)

• Relevant security certifications (AWS Security Specialty, CISSP, CCSP, etc.) are a plus
• Experience with complex cloud transformation projects
• Strategic thinking and decision-making capabilities in ambiguous environments
