ROCKEN AG sucht für Geneva eine/n Payroll Spezialist
* in, der/die die fachliche und organisatorische Leitung der Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung übernimmt. Sie optimieren Prozesse, koordinieren Schnittstellen und liefern präzise Reports für die Geschäftsführung.
Sie bringen 5–10 Jahre Erfahrung in der Lohnverarbeitung mit, beherrschen SAP HCM/Success Factors, UKA und Excel, kommunizieren sicher auf Deutsch (C2) und Englisch. Die Position ist vor Ort in Genf mit flexiblen Arbeitszeiten.
