CERN seeks a Computing Engineer to drive the evolution of its Service Management platform based on Service Now. You will work with providers, business process experts and the lead developer to shape a functional development plan and prototype new solutions.
The role requires a Master’s in Computing or related field, strong experience with Service Now and PaaS architectures, and knowledge of ITIL. Hybrid work and a 5-year contract are possible per CERN policies.
