Sword Group is seeking an IAM IGA Business Analyst in Geneva to drive identity governance modernization within a major transformation program. You will structure access models, define RBAC/ABAC roles, and collaborate with business and technical teams to align access needs with strategic goals.
You will analyze lifecycle processes, lead workshops, and help implement governance on a cloud-based identity platform while ensuring consistency across systems and permissions.
