In a nutshellWe are looking for an IAM Identity & Access Management Engineer to support the implementation, administration, and continuous improvement of identity and access management services within a complex enterprise environment. The role focuses on identity governance, authentication, authorization, and secure access management, leveraging Microsoft Entra open‑source IAM solutions.
Your mission- Design, implement, and maintain Identity & Access Management solutions.
- Manage identity lifecycle processes, including user provisioning, deprovisioning, and access recertification.
- Administer and optimize Microsoft Entra and integrations.
- Implement and maintain authentication and federation solutions using SAML, OAuth2, OpenID Connect, and LDAP.
- Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams to ensure secure and compliant access management.
- Develop and automate IAM processes to improve operational efficiency.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and continuously improve IAM platforms and services.
- Proven experience as an IAM Engineer, Identity Engineer, or a similar role.
- Strong hands‑on expertise with Microsoft Entra .
- Solid understanding of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) principles.
- Knowledge of authentication, authorization, and federation technologies (SAML, OAuth2, OIDC, LDAP).
- Experience working in complex enterprise environments.
- Good understanding of cybersecurity and access management best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Professional proficiency in English.
- Experience with open‑source IAM solutions such as Keycloak, Gluu, or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions.
- Experience with scripting and automation tools (Power Shell, Python).
- Exposure to cloud and hybrid identity architectures.
