The World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) seeks a CRM and Business Process Assistant in Geneva to support the Income Section during ERP and CRM implementations. You will map processes, document SOPs, and manage Jira issues across CRM, ERP, and KDM data flows, coordinating with Finance and IT teams.
Ideal candidates have five years in process documentation or systems administration, strong English, knowledge of French, and certifications in project management or CRM administration.
