Project description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Project Manager to lead and manage technical projects using Agile methodologies. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross‑functional teams, fostering collaboration and driving projects to successful completion in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Implement and maintain Agile/Scrum practices across technical teams.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, priorities, and deliverables.
  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Track project progress, proactively address risks, and resolve challenges.
  • Promote continuous improvement within teams and maintain a culture of collaboration.
  • Ensure timely and high‑quality delivery of project milestones while managing scope and budget.
  • Maintain project documentation and report status updates to leadership and stakeholders.
Must have
  • At least 8+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager / Project Manager, with a strong focus on Agile methodologies.
  • Demonstrated experience driving Agile software development with engineering, quality assurance, and other functional teams (Marketing, Training, Customer Service, etc).
  • Strong technical background, comfortable using technical terminology and familiar with front‑/back‑end technologies (i.e. JavaScript, Java, Node.js, AWS).
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills, including the ability to present complex concepts and or plans to both engineering and non‑engineering stakeholders.
  • Comfortable presenting to internal groups and leadership team members.
  • Full product lifecycle management experience, including user acceptance testing, launch, and end‑of‑life processes.
  • Expertise in Agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and proven leadership of cross‑functional teams.
  • Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) is required.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Technical proficiency in Project Management Tools (e.g Jira, Confluence, Github).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently while maintaining high standards and efficiency.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
