ICT Change Management Officer – WIPO

Responsibilities:
- Support IT projects and product teams by developing and executing a comprehensive change management framework and plans for assigned change initiatives.
- Conduct impact and risk assessments, stakeholder analyses, user readiness evaluations, and define mitigation strategies, communication plans, and training programs, including using AI-enabled e-learning tools and adoption roadmaps, ensuring alignment with overall project objectives.
- Drive stakeholder engagement by working closely with WIPO executive sponsors, change champions, and key business partners to facilitate the adoption of IT changes.
