About The Opportunity

Our client is an international Life Sciences company currently undergoing a major HR technology transformation. As part of a large-scale system separation, they are building a fully autonomous HRIS landscape — including Workday, a payroll solution and a Time & Attendance platform — with a target to be fully operational and self-sufficient by June 2027. Reporting directly to the Head of HRIS, this role is central to the success of the program.

You will join a lean, focused team and play a key role in data migration, interface design and testing, working closely with a leading implementation partner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead HR Core Data, Time & Attendance and Payroll data migration activities
  • Manage data extraction, cleansing, mapping and transformation
  • Coordinate and conduct integration design and testing (unit and end-to-end)
  • Oversee data governance, GDPR compliance and reconciliation
  • Support other HRIS carve-out activities across the program
Required Experience

Minimum 8 years of HRIS integration experience, ideally with Workday connected to a payroll solution (e.g. Strada) and a Time & Attendance system (e.g. UKG). Proven track record in planning and steering end-to-end testing with an implementation partner. Experience in a fast-paced carve-out or M&A environment is essential.

Required Technical Skills

Workday HCM, EIB, Reporting, Data Conversion; UKG Workforce Management;
Payroll Systems; SQL; REST/SOAP APIs; XML/JSON; SFTP;
Integration tools (Boomi, Mule Soft or Azure Integration Services);
Advanced Excel;
Data Quality and Reconciliation; GDPR and Security Controls.

Preferred Qualifications

Workday, UKG and/or Payroll certifications; implementation and configuration experience across Workday modules (Core, Payroll Connectors, E-Recruiting); PMP, PRINCE2, Agile or Scrum certifications; background in Life Sciences or Manufacturing.

Personal Competencies

Strong analytical skills, stakeholder management, communication and risk management capabilities. Ability to work under pressure within a hybrid team. Willingness to travel globally up to 5%.
