• Analyze the strategic challenges and needs of your clients and prospects.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Oversee the commercial and operational development of your client portfolio, ensuring a clear account mapping.
• Monitor project execution and ensure client satisfaction.
• Engage in the recruitment process, mentor, and support the career development of your team members.
• Ensure continuous follow-up: career management, training plans, mission tracking, and performance reviews.
• Manage the financial performance of your portfolio and optimize profitability (P&L management).

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative mindset.
• Strong knowledge of the IT ecosystem within the Industry and Services sectors.
• Proven ability to identify and seize business opportunities.
• Recognized leadership skills and ability to engage and inspire teams.
• You have a first experience in a strategic and/or digital transformation consultancy environment, with experience in IT
• You are fluent in both French and English
