ANSAM Enterprise Services recherche un Technicien(ne) Support Audiovisuel N2 pour ses espaces audiovisuels en Suisse romande. Vous serez en charge du support N2, du déploiement et de l’entretien des équipements, et serez présent sur site lors des réunions et événements internes.
Vous travaillerez avec Microsoft Teams Rooms et Cisco Webex, et veillerez au bon fonctionnement des réseaux (Wi‑Fi, VPN). Maîtrise Windows/Mac et outils Microsoft 365 est nécessaire; connaissance Service Now est un plus.
