The International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) in Geneva seeks an IAM Tech Lead (IGA) to own technical design, implementation, and evolution of identity lifecycle processes. You will guide the migration from Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM) to a modern IGA platform while maintaining and stabilizing the MIM setup.
You will mentor the IAM product team, ensure security and long-term roadmap alignment, and collaborate with adjacent teams to onboard applications and services to the IGA platform.
