Umanova SA recherche un Technicien(ne) support audiovisuel et multimédia spécialisé dans les salles de conférence et de visioconférence, basé dans la région genevoise. Vous interviendrez sur un parc de plus de 500 équipements, assurant maintenance, tests et support lors d’événements.
Maîtrise du français et anglais technique requises, avec des compétences sur Teams/Teams Rooms, Cisco Webex et services réseau (Wi‑Fi, VPN, SSO). Expérience ITSM (Service Now) et connaissance MS 365 appréciées.
