- Lead the implementation of complex digital projects, coordinating internal and external teams (developers, designers, business analysts, partners)
- Drive all project phases, ensuring delivery on time and within budget
- Mentor, coach, and guide the delivery team (including 3rd parties) throughout the project lifecycle
- Stay up to date on technology and market trends and promote innovation
- Socialize important decisions and trends, acting as an evangelist
- Support clients in their digital transformation, from defining digital strategy through business process redesign to the design, development, and deployment of tailored solutions
- Foster innovation internally and at clients, and promote the use of AI across projects
- Contribute to business development opportunities, sales, and client relationship management
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in large-scale digital project management and digital strategy
- A Master's degree from a leading European university (EPFL, ETH, HEC, etc.), preferably in computer science, business, or a scientific or technical field
- Excellent analytical and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with a wide range of stakeholders, from top management to operational teams
- Expertise balancing strategic and tactical requirements
- Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or HERMES certifications are highly valued
- A strong interest in information systems, innovation, AI, and emerging technologies
- Fluency in French and English (minimum C1 level);
German is a plus
Demonstrates expertise in leading large-scale digital project management and digital strategy, with a strong focus on innovation, AI integration, and effective stakeholder communication. Proficient in mentoring teams and driving project phases to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery.
