Senior Digital Business Analyst

Job Title: Senior Digital Business Analyst / CMS Functional Lead

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: Initial 18 months contract

Location: 4 days per week onsite in Geneva

Allocation: 100% 40hrs/week

Project: CMS

Support the Digital and Business teams by acting as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring efficient management of CMS-related activities and successful delivery of digital enhancements.

• Provide day-to-day CMS support and ticket management.
• Perform detailed root cause analysis and investigate complex issues.
• Gather, analyze, and challenge business requirements.
• Translate business requests into detailed functional specifications and user stories.
• Define acceptance criteria and support solution design activities.
• Coordinate with development teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Track implementation progress, testing activities, and production releases.
• Facilitate communication between business users and technical teams to ensure alignment.
• Fluent in French
• Strong experience working with CMS platforms in a digital environment.
• Proven background in Business Analysis and requirements gathering.
• Experience managing and prioritizing support tickets and enhancement requests.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Experience producing clear functional specifications and documentation.
• Knowledge of digital accessibility standards (WCAG) and ability to incorporate accessibility considerations into requirements, specifications, and solution reviews. (Nice to have)
