Desktop Support Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Senior Desk Side Support Engineer to provide high-quality L2/L3 End User Computing and Workplace Support across Swiss and global business environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide onsite and remote support for Windows 10/11 desktops, laptops, mobile devices and peripherals.
• Support Microsoft 365, Teams, Exchange Online, One Drive, SharePoint and enterprise workplace technologies.
• Provide VIP and executive-level support, including boardrooms, meeting rooms and business-critical events.
• Deploy and manage endpoints using Microsoft Intune and SCCM/MECM.
• Support Active Directory, Azure AD/Microsoft Entra , Group Policy and endpoint security.
• Troubleshoot VPN, Wi-Fi, DNS/DHCP, connectivity, printers, docking stations and remote-access issues.
• Manage incidents and service requests through Service Now or equivalent ITSM tools.
• Work with global infrastructure, network, cloud, cybersecurity and vendor teams.
• Maintain strong SLA, CSAT, first-time-fix and endpoint compliance performance.
• 7–9 years of Desktop Support, EUC, Workplace or Desk-Side Support experience.
• Strong Microsoft 365, Windows, Intune/SCCM and Active Directory/Entra .
• Strong ITSM, troubleshooting and customer-service skills.
• Experience working in multinational/multilingual environments.
• Fluent English and Spanish;
  French is an advantage.

ITIL Foundation, MD-102, Microsoft 365 or Azure certifications are desirable.
