Main duties and responsibilities:Requirements Analysis
- Gather client requirements via meetings or during on‑site workshops
- Create client business requirements documents
- Configure client environments in the company’s platform
- Perform client data transformation and upload to the company’s platform
- Perform complex analysis and design to meet business requirements
- Resolve complex issues relating to business requirements and objectives
Client Support
- Answer client support emails in a timely and professional manner
- Create tickets for client support issues using the company’s issue-tracking system
- Follow up with the development team on client support tickets
End-User Training
- Create training plans based on the client’s requirements
- Train clients on the use of software via MS Teams and during on‑site workshops
Product Development
- Create functional specifications for new development
- Create tickets in the company’s issue-tracking system for system enhancements and bugs
- Review tickets in the company’s issue tracking system for completeness and appropriateness
- Create Business Test Cases
The role requires travel to client locations as needed.
Required Skills:- Experience in Trade Finance (non-negotiable)
- Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships.
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
- Organizational and time-management skills
- Team player, proactive, responsible, exemplary
- Strong command of the Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI)
