- Relevant university degree in information technology, computer science, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Certification in business analysis (e.g CBAP, PMI-PBA, ITIL) or Business Process Modelling Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification Project Management Certification
Required:
- Collaborate and communicate closely with stakeholders via a distributed model, to regularly deliver business requirements, processes designs & prototypes
- User story design and management
- Requirements gathering including acceptance criteria definition
- Business process modelling capability, including synthesizing different teams business practices into a common workflow with data flows and defined business logic
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT) management including script creation, testing and acceptance criteria sign-off
- Analytical problem-solving capability in complex or ambiguous contexts
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing project requirements
- Excellent communication skills; spoken and written English
- Resolve user issues & challenges with careful communication
- Be open to receiving feedback and constructive criticism
- Research and showcase ways to leverage new and existing features of existing conference management tools
Required:
- At least 6 years of experience as a business analyst delivering IT implementation projects
- Experience working on Customer Relationship Management Solution projects
- Experience working on automated workflow solution projects
- Knowledge working with conference/event management applications
- Capability to propose innovative solutions
- Experience in international organizations, customer experience, or stakeholder engagement transformation programs
