Schellenberg Wittmer’s Real Estate & Construction Law Group has top-tier expertise in real estate & construction matters covering all Switzerland.

Our Real Estate & Construction lawyers act as counsel in non-contentious matters, as well as in due diligence reviews and in drafting, negotiating, implementing and enforcing all types of real estate contracts. They have strong expertise in all sectors of the construction industry, including infrastructure, (renewable) energy and real estate.

Our team also acts as counsel in disputes involving parties from around the world in a variety of matters related to mid‑scale to major international infrastructure, construction and engineering projects or post‑closure disputes.

This position is based in our Geneva office.

• You are a Swiss‑qualified lawyer;
• You have a specific interest in practicing Real Estate & Construction law;
• You are fluent in English and in French and have a good understanding of German;
• You have excellent academic qualifications and references.
