Senior Procurement Management Specialist

About The Role

An international organization based in Geneva is looking for a Senior Procurement Management Specialist to support global procurement operations, supply chain coordination and strategic sourcing initiatives across multiple international programs.

The successful candidate will manage end-to-end procurement activities, stakeholder coordination and operational delivery while contributing to process optimization, risk mitigation and supply chain performance improvement initiatives.

• Manage procurement and supply chain activities across an international portfolio.
• Coordinate end-to-end procure-to-pay operations and transaction management.
• Support demand and supply planning activities in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor procurement performance, compliance and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with finance, legal, risk and supply chain stakeholders.
• Support process improvement, reporting and operational optimization initiatives.
• Ensure strong stakeholder engagement and customer service delivery.

• Strong experience in procurement, sourcing and supply chain management.
• Experience working in international and matrix organizations.
• Strong stakeholder coordination.
