We are currently looking for a Customs & Trade Compliance Manager (English/French) to join our Supply Chain Department, based in Geneva, Switzerland.

Reporting to the Group Logistics, Transport & Customs Director, the Customs & Trade Compliance Manager serves as the Group Customs Subject Matter Expert responsible for customs compliance, optimisation programs, and customs transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities Customs Operations, Trade Compliance & Customs Optimization- Ensure excellence on 3 Customs pilars: tariff classification, customs valuation and origin determination.
- Ensure customs compliance across all international flows on 3 customs pilars.
- Supervise customs brokers under scope of responsability and customs declarations.
- Lead preferential origin and Free Trade Agreement programs.
- For US, Manage First Sale, TVIS and RECON programs.
- Support all Business regions with any requirement related to any distribution flow, under construction or to review.
- Optimise bonded warehouse and special customs regimes.
- Ensure compliance with CITES and other specific regulations.
- Lead customs digitalisation and transformation initiatives.
- Support ERP, PLM, WMS and TMS projects.
- Automate preferential origin and FTA processes.
- Strengthen governance and controls for First Sale, TVIS and RECON.
- Design and deploy the Group CITES operating model.
- Develop customs performance and compliance dashboards.
- Develop and deploy a global SOP review to ensure perfect and smooth level of WW operations
- Implement Audit document strategy and document portail development to certify compliance of overall distribution flows
- Act as the Group Customs Subject Matter Expert.
- Advise Tax, Finance, Supply Chain, Legal and Operations teams.
- Build and formalise Group customs strategy to management.
- Build and maintain a multi-year customs roadmap.
- Conduct customs impact assessments for new products, markets and flows. Frame Business development to ensure smooth launch strategy, raise risks or challenges.
- Master degree in Customs, International Trade, Supply Chain or related field.
- Experience leading transformation projects, customs digitalization initiatives will be a plus
- Minimum 5 years of customs operations experience
- Strong expertise in tariffs, origin, customs valuation. Experience in FTAs, First Sale, TVIS, RECON, CITES and Trade Compliance would be preferable.
- Advanced Excel and Power BI skills.
- Fluent English and French;
Italian is a plus.
