In a context of company growth, we are now looking for a dynamic and passionate Coldstore Operational Manager.

• Planning and coordinating daily activities to ensure seamless and effective operations.
• Defining key operational KPIs and objectives, monitoring progress to meet budget targets.
• Providing ongoing support for projects and day-to-day operations.
• Conducting research on costs and pricing and performing service price profitability and sensitivity analysis.
• Ensuring compliance with food safety regulations, health codes, and industrial refrigeration standards.
• Managing inventory, cost control, and planning.
• Utilizing warehouse management systems and temperature tracking technologies.
• Leading and managing teams and making decisions focused on continuous improvement and operational efficiency.

• 8+ years of experience in the cold storage industry.
• Independent, goal-oriented personality with strong problem-solving skills.
• Team player with strong interaction skills with sites and their agencies.
• Experience in P&L management and logistics.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and an excellent English proficiency, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of market dynamics and reefer trades is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure, adapt to rapid changes, and handle unexpected situations.
• Customer service-oriented with a focus on providing excellent service.
• Permanent/full time. To be filled as soon as possible. Business trips expected.
