You will support day-to-day logistics operations and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging digital tools and systems to enhance operational performance, improve data visibility and support decision-making. As part of the Logistics Operations team, you will contribute to efficient and sustainable supply chain solutions across a wide range of services supporting CERN’s community, including Goods Reception and Expedition, Internal Delivery, Stores, Storage and Mail Services.

• Support logistics operations, including inventory management and process optimisation.
• Improve data visibility through technical tools such as Power BI and ERP systems, and contribute to KPI monitoring and reporting.
• Contribute to the implementation of efficient and sustainable supply chain solutions and systems and to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate operations-related projects with various stakeholders and contractors.

• You are a national of a CERN Member State or Associate Member State . Currently, we cannot consider applications from Pakistani, Lithuanian, Latvian, Cypriot, Croatian and Turkish nationals, as the ceiling defined under Article II.5 of the Associate Membership Agreement has been reached.
• By the Final date to receive applications, you have a maximum of 2 years of professional experience since graduation in the respective field and your highest educational qualification is either a bachelor’s or master’s degree. You must have a university degree and can’t hold a PhD.
• You have never had a CERN fellow or graduate contract before.
