** As an Olfactive Specialist in our Perfume & Beauty division at dsm-firmenich, based in Satigny (Geneva), you will be part of the Quality Control team, playing a vital role in the release of raw materials and ensuring the conformity of the olfactive profiles of our fragrances. You will also contribute to improving quality processes in production, investigate olfactive quality issues, and develop solutions in collaboration with the QA team.

** Key Responsibilities
*** Apply olfactive procedures and comply with HSE rules.
* Approve or reject incoming raw materials and perform stock controls.
* Participate in fragrance evaluations to ensure olfactive conformity.
* Facilitate and lead investigations related to olfactive non-conformances.
* Take part in and lead continuous improvement projects and initiatives.
* Provide olfactive support to the supply chain, including planning and material procurement, and across the entire dsm-firmenich group.

** You Bring
*** MA degree in olfaction or equivalent, with a minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience.
* Laboratory experience in fragrance olfaction or ingredients for fragrances.
* Strong technical understanding of raw materials and procedures (ISO, QHSE, 5S).
* Excellent team player with intellectual curiosity and willingness to explore new challenges.
* Effective communication skills and decision-making within your area of expertise.
* Good computer skills and fluency in French and English.
