Job Title:

Marketing & Campaign Content Specialist

We are a global engagement marketing agency that creates human‑centric touchpoints that unleash the power of people to deliver innovation and growth. Firm believers in the power of building community since 1987, we are helping brands, associations and not‑for‑profit organisations solve their key people challenges through our core expertise:
Live & virtual events, Strategic & Digital communications and Consulting & Community solutions. We are an independently owned agency, headquartered in Geneva, Switzerland, with a global presence of 60 offices in 31 countries.

For our office in Amsterdam, we are looking for a Marketing & Campaign Content Specialist
.

The Marketing & Campaign Content Specialist knows how to turn stories into campaigns that make a difference. You understand how campaigns work, why they work, and how to lead them from concept to execution. In this role, you will be owning the full content and campaign process; writing social posts, shaping email workflows, planning smart content calendars, reporting on performance, and keeping projects running smoothly.

You will take charge of the day‑to‑day marketing operations across social media, email marketing, and promotional campaigns for a range of projects. Drive the content engine: planning, writing, coordinating, publishing and optimising; ensuring everything is aligned, timely and adds value. You will work in close collaboration with the Marketing Lead, Designers and Project managers from both the Corporate Division and Institutional Division.

The work is hands‑on, varied and creative, with plenty of room to add your voice and strategic thinking.

Key responsibilities include:

Content & copywriting
  • Write high‑quality social media copy, email content and short‑form campaign messaging.
  • Develop and maintain content calendars across channels, ensuring deadlines and deliverables stay on track.
  • Draft interesting stories, project updates, case studies and promotional text aligned with campaign goals.
Social media management
  • Plan, schedule and publish posts across core channels.
  • Coordinate with designers/photographers/videographers for assets when needed.
  • Monitor engagement, track conversations, and ensure consistent tone and brand alignment.
Email marketing
  • Build and schedule newsletters and automated email sequences.
  • Track performance and suggest improvements based on data.
Campaign planning & execution
  • Take the lead in developing and executing promotional campaigns.
  • Coordinate timelines, assets and deliverables to ensure campaigns roll out smoothly.
Data analysis & reporting
  • Track channel and campaign performance using platform analytics.
  • Turn data into insights, highlighting what’s working and what needs optimisation.
  • Provide regular reports to stakeholders in a clear, digestible style.
Job requirements:
  • 2-3 years of hands‑on experience in marketing, communications or digital marketing, ideally in an agency, consultancy, association, events or project‑based environment.
  • Strong writing skills across short‑form and campaign‑focused formats.
  • Experience managing content calendars and multi‑channel marketing workflows.
  • Knowledge of email marketing systems (e.g., "Mailjet, Mailchimp or similar").
  • Hands‑on experience with social media platforms and scheduling tools.
  • Understanding of how promotional campaigns function end‑to‑end; strategy, content, execution and optimisation.
  • Comfortable analysing data to improve output.
  • Ability to manage several projects at once and keep things organised.
  • Proven experience working on integrated campaigns across social media, email marketing and digital channels.
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects and stakeholders at the same time, with a clear understanding of timelines, dependencies and delivery.
  • Degree and equivalent professional experience in marketing, communications, journalism, media studies, digital marketing or a related field.
  • Background in writing‑heavy disciplines (such as communications, journalism or content‑focused marketing) is a strong advantage.
