A Day in the LifeAs a Marketing Coordinator (m/f/d) in our Consumer Products Division (home to brands like L'Oréal Paris, Garnier, Essie, and NYX), you partner directly with our brand marketing teams to ensure seamless operational execution across campaigns and product launches and support administratively.
- Support/own dedicated brand-specific operational projects, coordinating timelines and deliverables independently.
- Track and analyze performance metrics, including sell-out figures, launch results, and competitive benchmarks.
- Creatively design visual assets such as display headers.
- Maintain and update internal product databases for promo codes at the highest level of accuracy.
- Coordinate marketing events and build presentation decks for key internal and external stakeholder meetings.

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, structure complex workflows, and meet tight launch deadlines with precision. - Proactive, creative & analytical mindset:
Strong ownership and proactivity solving problems independently combined with a creative and analytical mindset. - Collaborative Communication:
Team-spirited attitude with clear, constructive communication across various internal and external stakeholders. - Digital & Office Tools:
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and affinity to database management. - Languages:
Professional working proficiency in English with Swiss German, German or French being a plus.
