Tribes is a privacy-native, algorithm-free social network built on real places, real communities, and verified real-world presence. No algorithmic feed, no AI, no invasive tracking — just a chronological, GPS-verified map of what's actually happening around you.
We're launching first in Geneva: a compact, international, student-dense city that's the perfect place to prove the model before we take it everywhere else. This is a ground-level role for the launch.
Our core idea is simple:
If you weren’t there, you can’t post it.
Tribes is launching first in Geneva, followed by Lausanne then the rest of Switzerland and then international expansion.
The role we are looking for a highly motivated Launch Manager to lead the Geneva launch of Tribes. This person will manage the local launch program across university associations, student communities, social media influencers, local creators, ambassadors, and businesses. The goal is to create strong early user density in Geneva through GPS-based challenges, creator-led campaigns, and university/community partnerships.
You'll be the face of Tribes to student associations across UNIGE, EPFL and beyond, and the person building relationships with the journalists who’ll tell Geneva our story. This is a relationship-driven, feet-on-the-street role — most of your best work will happen in committee meetings, campus offices and press inboxes, not behind a desk.
This is a hands-on role for someone who understands youth culture, social media, student networks, events, creators, and local community building.
