Location: Genf
L'IMAD Genève recherche un(e) infirmier(ère) diplômé(e) en soins infirmiers pour intervenir à domicile à Genève, 80-100% en CDI. Vous serez référent de situation au sein des équipes de maintien à domicile et assurerez des soins infirmiers personnalisés, préventifs et palliatifs chez des patients de tous âges.
Vous organiserez les démarches médico-sociales, coordonnerez avec les intervenants et travaillerez en interprofessionnalité.
