On behalf of a private family in Doha, we are sourcing a UK & European-trained Private Nurse. This position asks for dependable nursing judgement and trust that grows over years. Whenever the household moves between Doha and its European residences, your care travels at their side, which is how trust is kept over the years. The family is your employer personally, with terms discussed openly before you decide.

Requirements We require full nursing licensure granted by a UK or European regulator. A minimum of 5 years of hands-on nursing practice. UK or European training and registration are the entry standard for every private nurse we introduce, with no exceptions for any city. Confident spoken and written English and a signed NDA are essential to this appointment. Tact, good judgement and a trusted presence at home are required.

The family expects you to be prepared to move at short notice when the family's plans change. Benefits Pay starts from €5,000 a month, gross. It is a gross salary, paid into the bank account of your choice. The salary is agreed directly between the family and the clinician; each clinician should take advice from their own tax adviser on whether the income is taxable in their circumstances.

Covered by the family: accommodation within the family's residence, and travel. Annual leave on full pay, flights home and lasting continuity are part of the family's offer. The family appoints you from the outset, with our role limited to a careful introduction. Engagement essentials Availability to begin within six weeks of offer. Live-in and single-status: the role suits clinicians who relocate alone, with full flexibility to travel worldwide with the family at short notice.

Nurses are always placed in pairs - two nurses alternating shifts - to protect continuity of care. Medical Staff Talent introduces and verifies clinicians. The engagement is contracted directly between the family and the clinician, and all local arrangements (visa, licensed entity, coordination with local clinics) remain with the family's own office and advisers.
