Senior Real Estate Transactions Lead

A well-capitalised Geneva-based family office is hiring a Transaction Manager to lead its real estate investment activity — sourcing and executing acquisitions and disposals across a diversified property portfolio, from screening through closing. The role builds the financial models, coordinates due diligence, negotiates terms and structures debt financing, presenting recommendations to senior stakeholders. Requires 5+ years in real estate transactions or investment and fluency in French and English.

Key responsibilities include:

sourcing and executing real estate acquisitions and disposals; managing transactions from screening through closing; preparing financial models and investment analyses; coordinating due diligence across commercial, technical, legal and financial areas; presenting investment recommendations to senior stakeholders; negotiating terms with advisers and financing partners; structuring debt-financing processes; monitoring timelines, budgets and deliverables; and supporting portfolio strategy and value-creation initiatives.

Required qualifications:

a university degree in finance, real estate, economics, engineering or a related field; a minimum of 5 years in real estate transactions, investment, acquisitions or advisory; strong financial-modelling and valuation skills; an understanding of real estate financing and transaction documentation; experience in family offices, investment firms, private equity or advisory preferred; fluency in French and English; and demonstrated negotiation and stakeholder-management abilities.
