OM Pharma is an international biopharmaceutical company specialized in the prevention of respiratory and urinary tract infections. As a committed local player, we train and support the talents of tomorrow through meaningful and educational internships.

In this context, we are offering a paid 6‑month internship within our Clinical Research team,
starting mid‑August or in September
. Under the guidance of the Clinical Research Lead, your mission is to contribute to the successful development of OM Pharma’s pipeline by supporting clinical studies, ensuring data integrity, and facilitating scientific communication across cross‑functional teams in compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP).

Your main tasks are the following:

  • Assist in monitoring the efficacy and safety of clinical trials, ensuring adherence to protocols and patient safety standards
  • Identify and document protocol deviations, ensuring proper follow‑up according to regulatory requirements
  • Monitor study progress, analyze clinical data, and provide actionable insights to maintain data quality and integrity
  • Support the Clinical Research Lead in addressing medical questions and providing scientific input to investigators during the trial
  • Contribute to the preparation and review of reports, presentations, and training materials for scientific committees and internal/external stakeholders

To carry out these activities, we are looking for a person with the following profile:

  • Currently enrolled in a Master’s program in Biology, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related scientific field, which includes a mandatory 6‑month internship formalized through a tripartite agreement with your university
  • Knowledge of clinical trial processes, GCP, and regulatory guidelines (FDA/EMA) – preferred
  • Strong skills in understanding and interpreting scientific literature and data
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
  • Fluent in English, with at least basic spoken and written French

This internship will enable you to:

  • Develop your skills and knowledge in clinical research, with a focus on the generation of new evidence in the field of bacterial lysates for immune health

You are a curious and analytical scientist with a strong desire to transition into the clinical research industry and a keen interest in data analysis. You are able to work independently while also collaborating effectively in a fast‑paced and cross‑functional environment. With strong communication and interpersonal skills, you can present complex scientific information clearly and effectively. Finally, you are a team player with a growth mindset and an agile approach.
