CERN invites an applied physicist to contribute to the development of Spa Cal technology within the Experimental Physics Department. You will participate in R&D, test-beam characterisation, and studies to optimise photon detectors for fast timing.
You will document results in scientific publications. The role is based at CERN in Switzerland; eligibility requires a master’s degree with experience or a PhD, and you must be a national of CERN Member or Associate Member State.
