• Collection and analysis of information – compile a comprehensive evidence-based dataset and analysis on DDT production, use, and alternatives from authoritative sources to inform the assessment report by 31 July 2026
  .
• Preparation of draft assessment report – produce a structured draft report presenting situational analysis, trends, evaluation of alternatives, country capacities, and initial conclusions and recommendations for expert review by 31 August 2026 (approximately 30‑40 pages with at least 10 graphs or tables).
• Finalisation of the assessment report – deliver a final high-quality assessment incorporating expert feedback, with validated conclusions and actionable recommendations on DDT use and transition to alternatives by 20 October 2026

• Preparation and delivery of presentations – create clear and informative presentations that communicate the draft findings, updates, and key messages of the assessment to support expert deliberations and decision-making during the online pre‑meeting in August and during the eleventh expert group meeting in September 2026.
• Provide substantive support – offer expert technical input and active participation that enhance discussion quality, ensure assessment accuracy, and support consensus-building within the DDT expert group by 30 October 2026
