Overview
En tant que Chef/fe de cuisine italien/ienne
, vous serez responsable de votre poste et de la bonne tenue de celui-ci. Vous participerez à la création et à la réalisation de plats italiens authentiques et raffinés, et veillerez à la bonne application des règles d'hygiène et des normes HACCP. Vous devrez répondre aux exigences du lieu tout en assurant un volume de production.
Passionné(e) par la gastronomie italienne, vous maîtrisez les recettes traditionnelles tout en sachant les revisiter avec créativité. Vous aimez transmettre votre savoir-faire et encadrer une équipe, tout en gardant un esprit opérationnel et impliqué en cuisine.
