Assistant Store Manager

Pink Moon Bay Boutique is looking for a passionate, style-savvy, and customer-focused Assistant Store Manager to join our team! As the right hand to our Store Manager, you’ll help lead the team to create an unforgettable shopping experience — one that’s personal, positive, and perfectly Pink Moon Bay. You’ll support all aspects of store operations, from driving sales and inspiring the team to maintaining a beautiful and organized space that reflects our brand.

• Assist in leading day-to-day store operations, including team coordination, customer experience, and visual merchandising.
• Support with hiring, training, and developing team members — fostering an upbeat, inclusive, and motivated environment.
• Engage with customers to ensure every guest feels welcomed, styled, and confident.
• Help track sales goals, analyze performance, and brainstorm creative ways to drive growth.
• Manage inventory, restocks, and assist in buying decisions when needed.
• Maintain a high standard of organization, cleanliness, and brand presentation throughout the store.
• Step up to lead in the Store Manager’s absence.

• 2+ years of retail or leadership experience (boutique or fashion retail a plus!)
• Strong communication and customer service skills — you love connecting with people.
• A proactive problem solver with a can-do attitude and entrepreneurial spirit.
• Passion for fashion, trends, and helping others feel beautiful and confident.
• Flexible schedule — available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when needed.
