, is currently looking for a Store Manager (m/f/d) for a luxury brand in Geneva
.
As a recruitment and training consultancy, we work with a wide range of companies across the luxury, premium and high-premium sectors throughout Europe
. We operate from strategically located offices in Barcelona, Madrid, Paris, Milan, Amsterdam, Lisbon and Berlin
.
- You warmly welcome clients and represent the brand with style and passion, from the first contact through to a successful sales closing.
- You intuitively understand clients’ needs and present collections with enthusiasm, expertise and a strong sense of aesthetics.
- You have in-depth product knowledge and inspire clients through confident advice and personalised recommendations.
- You build and maintain long-term client relationships, remain a key point of contact after the purchase and ensure professional follow-up regarding after-sales, service or repair requests.
- You actively contribute to achieving sales targets, implement sales strategies and drive the overall performance and success of the store.
- You ensure an impeccable presentation of the boutique, making sure every detail reflects the brand’s image and standards.
- You work closely with your team, share knowledge, support colleagues and accompany new team members throughout their onboarding process.
- You ideally bring experience in premium retail, preferably within the luxury segment, and have a strong sense for quality and aesthetics.
- You are passionate about personal client interaction, recognise individual needs and create unique and memorable shopping experiences.
- You present yourself with confidence; your communication is clear, charming and empathetic, with a fine sensitivity to different personalities.
- You enjoy working as part of a team and contribute to shared success through commitment and strong team spirit.
- You are a fast learner with solid technical product understanding and are able to clearly explain service processes or minor repairs to clients.
- Excellent French and English skills are required; additional languages are a plus.
