For our boutique in Geneva we are looking for a Retail Support (internship contract) from mid-november 2026 to mid-january 2027 with passion and drive. As a member of our team, you are responsible for excellent customer care and service quality according to our current standards. You are the ambassador of the Maison Christian Dior and make every customer feel welcomed and cherished on an exclusive level.
- Supporting our boutique team in all areas of retail of a high-class luxury brand
- Being an ambassador of the Maison Christian Dior and helping the boutique team with ensuring a welcoming client focused environment
- Assisting the boutique team in the operational aspects of the department
- Offering best in class service - like wrapping gifts, packing, and unpacking boxes and organizing the stock
- Ensuring an excellent customer experience to our clients during their boutique stay
- Tending to special needs and wishes of our clients
- Desiring to develop a career in luxury retail and a passion for creativity, fashion, and the Maison Christian Dior
- Client-oriented approach and solutions-oriented attitude as well as a positive mindset
- High level of communication skills and ability to work in a fast paced and luxury environment
- Fluent in French and English, another language on top is a plus
